How do I know price for large volume of order?
You can email us mentioning the number of images to convert instructions about what you need and the turnaround time you require and we will come back to you with a quote.
What format do you provide as vector output?
We provide vector output in .Eps (Encapsulated Post Script), .ai (Adobe illustrator format), .CDR (CorelDraw Format), SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), PDF (Portable Document format), EMF (Enhanced Metafile), WMF (Windows Metafile) as well as other vector supported formats.
How can I pay for the vectorization service?
You can pay by either using your Paypal account or using your credit card. For large volume of conversion you can also pay using wire transfer.
Do I need to pay for any corrections I might have?
We can do corrections free of charge if they are minor. Or if in any case we have misunderstood your instructions or errors are on our part we will do the corrections free of charge. For major corrections that are time consuming will be charged.
Our general turnaround time is 24 hours, if you have single file order or having low volume of order. Complex designs may take longer. Please note the time difference in India (GMT +5:30) and your country to receive your file. Most files are returned within 24 hours - unless you have a larger number of images sent at a time OR if we need to take a cost approval from you prior to working on the file if it costs at more than $25 USD.
Do you keep history of my files in case I loss my files?
Your artwork will be in our records for a period of 2 weeks after your order is completed.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Yes - We offer discounts for bulk orders. Please mention the volume you have and the turnaround time require and we will give you a comprehensive costing.
We manually draw all vectors by hand. We use Adobe Illustrator for all vector drawing. Adobe Illustrator is the industry standard for this type of vector illustration work.
